Sales Consultants

Our Sales Team consists of extremely motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic Sales Consultants. OrgSync's Sales Consultants are the driving force responsible for creating the huge word-of-mouth campaigns that are responsible for OrgSync's rapid growth. The most important requirement for selling OrgSync is that you have fun! Every single member of our sales team is extremely excited about OrgSync and its limitless possibilities. We have chosen a direct sales strategy because we want to take the extra time to learn about and understand each of our clients' needs and help meet their needs as a complete campus solution. At OrgSync, we pride ourselves on providing superior account management and customer service and this begins with our Sales Consultants.

Qualifications
  • Self-motivated, results driven, ability to set and achieve goals
  • Excellent communication and social skills; energetic, enthusiastic, and persistent
  • Ability to relate to and develop relationships with higher education administrators and students
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team in an innovative entrepreneurial environment
  • Familiar with and experience using Web 2.0 technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent time management, organization and planning skills
  • Must be professional and represent OrgSync well
  • Experience working in higher education/student affairs field and/or sales experience strongly desired
