Art Harding
Arthur J. Harding, Jr. - Mr. Harding has over 30 years of executive
management, finance and operations experience with privately held companies
in the manufacturing and software/information technology industries, as well
as experience in commercial banking. Mr. Harding is Managing Partner for
Rockaway Group, LLC, managing private investments. From, 1994-2008, Mr.
Harding was the Chairman, and CEO of IRM Corporation, a business analytics
software business to the food and beverage industry. From 1981 - 1993, he
held various positions including President of PPA Industries, Inc., a
holding company in manufacturing and distribution businesses.
Prior to that,
he held commercial banking positions with the National Bank of Commerce in
Dallas and Continental Bank in Fort Worth. Mr. Harding received a BBA from
the University of Texas, an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a
formerly held a CPA certification. Harding serves on several corporate
boards including Hail Merry, Living Naturally and Republic Power Partners.
Lee M. Kleinman
Lee has built his career managing high growth and startup companies. His extensive experience in administrative management and sales management gives him a broad understanding of the entire business while developing a focused strategy for his team to deliver the greatest contribution to the mission of the company. He has over 30 years of experience in senior management roles across a number of industries including software, retail, and telecommunications; companies have included Babbages, ProSoft, Trio Teknologies.
Lee is active in the community and has served on the Board of Temple Emanu-El and has chaired its’ Operations and Management committee. He also served on the Capital Development Committee of Greenhill School. Lee’s wife is President of a large medical practice in Plano and they have two children. Lee has coached and managed several of his children’s sports teams and is active in their education.
Lee graduated from Pitzer College in Claremont, California with holds a B.A in Economics and Psychology and holds an MBA from SMU.
Michael Shane
Mike Shane co-founded Lastar Inc.’s flagship operating unit, Cables To Go in 1984. In his role as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, he directs the high-level strategic interests of the company. This includes overseeing Lastar's financial health, evaluating acquisition opportunities, and acting as the primary liaison with financial service providers. Prior to Lastar, Mr. Shane owned and operated a computer retail store, Computer Expressions.
As a member of The CEO Project, Mr. Shane networks and collaborates with other top executives around the country in order to hone his own leadership skills. Mr. Shane was recognized as ‘Member of The Year – 2009’ by the CEO Project. He has served as Entrepreneur Mentor in Miami University"s (Oxford, OH) Entrepreneurship Mentoring Program, and in 1993 he received Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
In conjunction with Lastar's community service projects, Mr. Shane has served as a judge for the Better Business Bureau's Student of Integrity Scholarship Award, and is a member of the Montgomery County Ohio Board of The American Cancer Society. He is also a member of the Southwest Ohio Board for the American Heart Association, chairing their HeartWalk in 2006 and 2007. More recently, Mr. Shane was appointed to serve on The Federal Reserve Bank’s Dayton Business Advisory Council and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dayton.
