Eric founded OrgSync in 2007 and continues to serve as President & CEO. Eric is responsible for OrgSync's overall strategic vision and direction, and is extremely passionate about leveraging technology to develop easy-to-use solutions that are both reliable and scalable. Eric is also adamant about always providing the highest levels of customer service, which has helped the Company to establish partnerships with 200+ colleges and universities in four countries. Under his leadership, the Company has experienced unprecedented growth in a short period of time.

Prior to founding OrgSync, Eric had a career in investment banking with MHT Partners in Dallas, TX, where he focused on high growth, middle market, web-based technology companies. He also has extensive leadership experience, which includes several years leading student and community organizations.

Eric attended The University of Texas at Austin – Red McCombs School of Business, where he earned his degree in finance and accounting. In addition, he earned the Eagle Scout Award at the age of 15 and is also a LeaderShape Institute graduate. Eric actively serves on the Texas Exes Scholarship Committee and enjoys cycling, running, playing ice hockey, mentoring students and is frequently involved with various events and programs in the Dallas community.


Don Fortenberry

Don has 31 years of financial, general management and operations experience including numerous executive positions in software and technology related firms. He has been on the founding management team of four venture funded startup companies including Aegis Communications and Voyence, Inc. He has raised over $150 million in venture funding and debt, and has participated in two public offerings.

Don has also worked at larger companies, including Perot Systems Corporation where he served as global CRM practice leader and was responsible for leading the company's customer relationship management practice across all vertical industry groups. He was also Chief Financial Officer for Energy Resources Corp, a public oil and gas firm.

He began his career as an auditor for Ernst & Young. Don has been a certified public accountant since 1978 and holds a certificate in management accounting. He graduated summa cum laude and received his bachelor of business administration in 1976 from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.

Michael has held senior management positions over the past 30 years at many private and public companies in a wide variety of industries with responsibilities for various business areas including human resources, operations, sales and marketing, corporate communication, administrative services and facilities.

Companies include Luminant Worldwide Corporation, an internet strategy and technology consulting firm; ATC Communications, a telecommunications and marketing services firm; Lomas and Nettleton Financial Corporation, a diversified financial services, insurance and real estate company; Andersen Consulting Change Management Services; Bloom Companies, a diversified communication, advertising and marketing services organization; and MOSTEK Corporation, a high technology manufacturer of sophisticated electronic devices; Synapse Group, a human resource, executive search and executive coaching and consulting company.

Michael earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University and a MSW in Public Administration and Counseling from Washington University in St. Louis. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Pittsburgh.

Michael has been actively involved in the Dallas Civic Community. He currently serves on the Dallas City Plan Commission and on the Board of Trustees of Medical City Hospital. In addition Michael is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas/HP Byron Nelson Golf Classic; a member of the Associate Board, Cox School of Business Southern Methodist University, past president of the MBA Alumni Association and a member of the Dallas Assembly, a leadership/educational group.

He also has served as President of the Board of Directors of the Vogal Alcove Childcare Center for the Homeless; past member of the Board of Trustees of Greenhill School, Temple Emanu-El and KERA/North Texas Public Broadcasting.
