Cayce joined OrgSync very early on as a co-founding partner and VP of Business Development. Early on Cayce was the sole salesman responsible for all of the company's revenue. Since then Cayce has built a strong and passionate sales team of professionals dedicated to making OrgSync a higher education standard.

Cayce started his relationship sales career over 8 years ago with Vector Marketing. He has taught and mentored selling skills while in management positions with Dell Computer and Target. While in college, Cayce joined the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and served for 8 years. In the service he spent two years deployed, most of it in the Iraqi Theater of Operations, where he earned 13 medals and awards. In Iraq, Cayce managed the intelligence and operations center for HSC 980th EN BN.

Cayce attended The University of Texas at Austin and studied economics. As a student he founded The Longhorn Skiers, which has continued to grow and flourish ever since he was in office. He has also facilitated leadership courses while in the Boy Scouts of America and Phi Alpha Delta. Cayce’s experience and knowledge offers a level of passion and determination that both excites and motivates others around him.


Amy

Amy joined OrgSync in October of 2011. She graduated with an M.Ed. in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Oklahoma. She has worked in higher education for over 7 years advising student organizations, planning and implementing orientation, and serving as a Greek advisor. In addition, Amy worked in a non profit food pantry in Pennsylvania managing events, fundraising and a farm project. She has over 5 years experience in planning and implementing special events, programs and activities. Amy is excited to be returning to higher education with OrgSync. Amy brings a passion for student involvement and a commitment to customer service to the team.

Amy graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a B.A. in English Education. In school, Amy was extremely active in student organizations, serving in student government, Cardinal Key, Order of Omega, Sigma Tau Delta, band, orientation peer mentor program, and is a member of Sigma Sigma Sigma national sorority. 

Andrew Katz

Andrew has brought an unmatched level of passion to OrgSync that has driven our client relationships to the next level. Working primarily in sales, he began his career in financial services and moved to OrgSync in the summer of 2007

Andrew has been integral in the formation of the OrgSync Consortium, which is the collective foundation of thoughts and ideas from current clients that drive our collaborative development process. Andrew holds a degree in business administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado.

Brad

Brad joined OrgSync in October of 2011 in the Business Development role. Prior to OrgSync Brad was an Account Executive for Stark Holding, Inc. At Stark he served as a lead sales rep for their IT staffing branch. Brad implemented sales strategies for RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), Staff Augmentation, and Direct Hire services for firms nationwide.

Brad graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, however a majority of his undergraduate career was at Ole Miss. While enrolled at UTD he worked full time as a Personal Banker and attended class at night to finish his degree. He was involved in many ways while attending college. Brad was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity at Ole Miss, while he was an active member he helped manage the fraternities website, and served as the Chapter’s Treasurer for one term. He was actively involved with the IFC, Beta Alpha Psi, and Campus Crusade.

Braden

Braden joined OrgSync in January of 2011 in the Business Development role. Prior to OrgSync, he joined Stonhard, Inc. and ran their regional distribution center in Dallas for a little over two years. In early 2010 Braden left Stonhard to help his father and another business partner to develop a startup company in the fire protection industry. Braden has held multiple different positions and roles including: managing a distribution center, logistics, sales and business development.

Braden graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007 with a B.A. in Economics and a concentration in Business Administration. He was involved in many ways while attending college. Braden was a member of the Kappa Alpha Fraternity where he held positions as social and recruitment chairs. He played on multiple university sanctioned as well as City of Austin Rec. sports teams including: KA bowling league, intramural soccer, flag football and softball. In the summer of 2006 Braden enjoyed studying Spanish in Barcelona, Spain.

Courtney

Courtney joined the OrgSync team in October of 2011. She earned her master's degree in Educational and Organizational Leadership in Higher Education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. At U of I, Courtney worked as a graduate assistant in the Dean of Students Office. She was involved in designing new student programs and orientation programming, as well as serving as a facilitator for the Illinois Leadership Center. She served as a Graduate Counselor for the Office of Minority Student Affairs and researched community college recruitment and retention at the Office of Community College Research and Leadership. Prior to her higher education experience, Courtney worked in sales for 4 years in the Chicago area.

Courtney graduated from Duke University in 2005 with a B.A. majoring in International Comparative Area Studies and Spanish, with a Marketing and Management Certificate. She was involved in many student activities including, Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority, Mi Gente, College Bound, and intramural basketball. She continues to be active with Duke, serving as a co-chair of the Young Alumni Peer network and serving on reunion committees.


David Saams

David joined the OrgSync team in May of 2010. Prior to joining OrgSync, David founded and ran an international textbook distribution company, which he managed online, in order to help students save money on textbooks. David graduated with honors from Concordia University Texas with a bachelor’s degree in business management.

While in school, David was a leader on campus; he was an active member of the Business Club and played for the Concordia baseball team as well. In his spare time, David enjoys playing golf and working out on the weekends.

Gay Donnell

Gay’s passion for building community through communications has been fueled by a lengthy career in advertising, public relations and broadcasting. During her 10 years at Publicis, Gay managed the Ross Products (now Abbott Nutrition) portfolio of brands including Similac, Pedialyte and PediaSure. Brand planning, mining consumer insights, broadcast production and product pipeline innovation were some of her favorite projects. After graduating from Texas Tech University, Gay joined the CBS affiliate in Lubbock and managed the station’s identity via promotion and public service while also hosting daily and weekly news programs.

Very active in the community, Gay has served as Community Vice President on the Junior League of Dallas Board of Directors, the Family Place Partner’s Card inaugural Training Chair, the State Fair of Texas Youth Livestock Committee, Chair of the Cotes du Coeur Society, and is a past president of the Preston Hollow Early Childhood PTA. The Dallas City Council has appointed her to the Vickery Meadow TIF District. As a student at Texas Tech, Gay was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority, the Student Publications Committee and was president of the American Advertising Federation and a member of the AAF Competition Team.
