Sales Consultants
Our Sales Team consists of extremely motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic Sales Consultants. OrgSync's Sales Consultants are the driving force responsible for creating the huge word-of-mouth campaigns that are responsible for OrgSync's rapid growth. The most important requirement for selling OrgSync is that you have fun! Every single member of our sales team is extremely excited about OrgSync and its limitless possibilities. We have chosen a direct sales strategy because we want to take the extra time to learn about and understand each of our clients' needs and help meet their needs as a complete campus solution. At OrgSync, we pride ourselves on providing superior account management and customer service and this begins with our Sales Consultants.
Qualifications- Self-motivated, results driven, ability to set and achieve goals
- Excellent communication and social skills; energetic, enthusiastic, and persistent
- Ability to relate to and develop relationships with higher education administrators and students
- Ability to work both independently and within a team in an innovative entrepreneurial environment
- Familiar with and experience using Web 2.0 technologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent time management, organization and planning skills
- Must be professional and represent OrgSync well
- Experience working in higher education/student affairs field and/or sales experience strongly desired

Web Developers
We are interested in hiring up to 3 seasoned web developers by the end of 2008. Currently we have 4 developers working on our flagship product and are looking to create other platforms to augment this.
Qualifications:- 3+ years of professional web application development and preferably at least 1 year with Ruby on Rails. Client-side development experience is a plus.
- Experience with agile development methods, i.e. behavior driven development and SCRUM
- Experience developing as part of a team using a source control system such as git or subversion.
- Either reside in or a willingness to relocate to Austin, TX. Working remote part of the time is fine but face time with the team is something we highly value.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to do whatever it takes to be a success.
