About the Job


OrgSync is seeking a Campus Consultant to establish, maintain, and expand the ongoing relationships with OrgSync’s current campus clients. OrgSync’s Client Services team is committed to building strong relationships and providing high quality customer service and support. The Campus Consultant will manage approximately 40-50 campus accounts by working directly with the campus administration, student affairs staff, IT departments, and student organization leaders.

Candidates must be willing to travel and work in a constantly changing environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation, people, and time/project management skills. The position requires approximately 30% seasonal travel to visit client campuses for training and sales presentations. Campus Consultants will be incentivized with a base salary, a commission plan, and a full range of benefits. 1-3+ years of work experience in higher education is required, especially as it relates to working with student affairs professionals and students.

Skill Requirements
  • Experience working at a college or university in Student Affairs area, preferably advising student organizations
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Demonstrated technical skills or ability to quickly learn programs such as Microsoft Office, SalesForce, etc.
  • Excellent presentation skills, including ability to engage audiences in person and over the phone
  • Willingness to contribute to team goals and support the mission and vision of OrgSync
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration, College Student Personnel, or related area
  • Sales & marketing experience
  • Strong network in the student affairs and higher education field
  • Passion for technology and innovation
  • Experience working with and/or implementing OrgSync on a campus
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish a plus
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with approximately 40-50 client campuses
  • Support clients to achieve 100% renewal rate
  • Sell renewal packages, expansion packages, and other related service products to clients
  • Leverage relationships with current contacts to expand OrgSync into other Student Affairs departments
  • Track account renewals, upsell opportunities, invoice clients, collect payments
  • Conduct regular trainings with staff and students both in person and over the phone
  • Seasonal travel – Approximately 40% of time spent visiting client campuses throughout the year
  • Book and manage all travel arrangements for on-site visits, adhering to the specified budget
  • Design and deliver educational webinars and presentations for OrgSync users and team members
  • Collaborate with marketing team to contribute to blog and marketing content for current clients
  • Serve as liaison between the OrgSync team and clients to provide suggestions for platform improvements
  • Contribute to support coverage schedule to respond to users’ technical support issues
