Director, Integrated Marketing
Emily Siegel joined the OrgSync team in April 2015 in the Office of Research and Strategic Initiatives. She holds an MA in Human Services from Concordia University, St. Paul, with her research focusing on college student development. It was ultimately her own undergraduate experience as an engaged student leader that led her to pursue a career in higher education, where over the last decade she has held roles in admissions, student affairs, and alumni relations at a variety of institutions.
Emily has brought her passion for strategic planning and making data-driven decisions to all of the positions she has held over the span of her career. At Concordia University, St. Paul she served as Assistant Director in the Office of Admission where she helped to shape the strategic enrollment plan of the university. In the Office of Alumni Relations at the University of Pennsylvania she played an integral role in the strategic initiatives of the school’s capital campaign, which not only measured alumni giving but also engagement. She most recently served as the Director of Student Success at Chestnut Hill College where she was responsible for designing, implementing and leading campus retention efforts.
With both a passion for student engagement and making data-driven decisions, Emily is excited to be a part of the OrgSync team to support institutions in empowering their students to make the most of their college experience.
