Eric Fortenberry

Founder, President & CEO

Eric founded OrgSync in 2007 and continues to serve as President & CEO. Eric is responsible for OrgSync's overall strategic vision and direction, and is extremely passionate about leveraging technology to develop easy-to-use solutions that are both reliable and scalable. Eric is also adamant about always providing the highest levels of customer service, which has helped the Company to establish partnerships with 300+ colleges and universities and over 2 million users in four countries. Under his leadership, the Company has experienced unprecedented growth in a short period of time.

Prior to founding OrgSync, Eric had a career in investment banking at MHT Partners where he focused on high growth, middle market, web-based technology companies. Prior to MHT Partners, Eric spent time with Morgan Keegan as a financial analyst on the fixed income corporate trading desk. Prior to Morgan Keegan, Eric was a Lead Project Analyst at the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. In addition, Eric spent several years leading student and community organizations, and has served as Project Manager for several corporate ventures, case competitions, and academic assignments.

Eric attended The University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business. He graduated at the top of his class and received degrees in finance and accounting. Eric also earned his Eagle Scout Award and is a LeaderShape Institute graduate. Eric actively serves on the Texas Exes Scholarship Committee and enjoys cycling, running, and playing ice hockey.
