Martise Cooks

Senior Campus Consultant

Martise joined OrgSync in July 2013. Prior to joining OrgSync, Martise worked as the Coordinator for Student Organizations at DePaul University, where he was responsible for overseeing processes for more than 300 student organizations, developing programs and initiatives for student org and advisor success, and serving as a project manager for OrgSync implementation and ongoing training.

Martise is a “Double Demon,” receiving his M.Ed degree in Counseling & College Student Development and BA in Art History and Design from DePaul University in Chicago. While at DePaul, Martise was heavily involved with the campus community, having served as an orientation leader, DePaul Activities Board member, and Delta Kappa Epsilon International Fraternity member. Additionally, Martise has worked as a Residence Hall Director at Northern Illinois University, where he was responsible for utilizing a residential curriculum to enhance the experiences of the residents in his complex.

Martise is very excited to be part of the OrgSync Team so he can serve as a resource for the North Central region. He enjoys sharing best practices and innovative ways OrgSync can contribute to campus administrators' success in the work they do with students.
