Assistant Director, Integrated Marketing
Tyler joined the OrgSync team in May 2015 in the Office of Research and Strategic Initiatives. He holds his MS degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in College Student Personnel from The University of Rhode Island (URI). During his graduate research assistantship in the Center for Student Leadership Development at URI, Tyler’s work focused on leadership and organizational development. He has extensive experience with leadership course design and instruction, advising of student government and organizations, and career readiness development. Tyler has integrated these emphases into regional and national presentations to student affairs practitioners about their subsequent influence upon student leader self-development.
While at Fairfield University, Tyler supported the development and integration of student focused social, digital, and print based marketing initiatives for the Division of Student Affairs. His passion for a “less is more” marketing concept shaped the creation and implementation of many successful marketing campaigns. Beyond this a primary focus since his undergraduate days at Johnson & Wales University, Providence Campus, has been a commitment to supporting the student experience. This commitment paired with education in hospitality management has supported the simplification and enhance of student engagement structures, systems and processes at both URI and Fairfield University.
Tyler is very excited to be a part of the OrgSync team and utilize his experiences to support institutions understanding of how the knowledge and skills their students gain from their college experience can be critically applied to their post college years.
