In our experience working with campuses, we have developed a proven three-phase process to train your campus staff and maximize student adoption. Throughout the trainings, you will also be setting up many of the processes that will be critical to a successful implementation such as API, Authentication, Website Design, and many of our other features.

Each phase of training consists of individual trainings that can be scheduled at your own pace. The specific steps within each phase will be customized for your campus depending on individual and institutional needs. Following each training, you will have the ability to meet one on one with your Campus Consultant to take what you’ve learned and apply that directly to your individual campus.

Phase One

The first phase of training will give you a solid understanding of the OrgSync structure and how it will apply to your campus. You will learn to utilize the umbrella portal, admin tools, form builder, and the event request process.

Where to Start?

The setup and training process starts with a meeting with your consultant to determine your goals and timeline and discuss implementation and launch strategy. Implementation trainings are conducted webinar-style so your administrators in any office, on any campus, can attend. The structured virtual training series for administrators is complete with a detailed implementation guide and lesson plans including objectives and homework, to help administrators start populating OrgSync and begin to leverage its many benefits. An on-site visit caps off your implementation which has your consultant come to campus to help launch OrgSync to your institution.

Beginning with their sales presentation through today, every single member of their team has been willing to bend over backwards to support my staff and students in the implementation stage of OrgSync on our campus. OrgSync has mastered customer service.
