The Forms module is one of the most robust tools in the OrgSync platform and can be used for a variety of purposes. Our simplistic design makes it easy to create any type of form, and we provide the functionality for you to review all submissions and generate meaningful reports.

Data Reporting

Export form submissions into Excel format to analyze the aggregate results of all form submissions. For all elements that have pre-defined choices, you are also able to generate graphs for the responses to each question.

Multiple Approvers and Workflow

Each form can have multiple levels of approval built into them allowing different people to approve each form submission until they are considered complete. You can also create a workflow for forms that must follow a sequence of reviewers.

Accept Payments

With OrgSync’s payment gateway solutions, you can collect payments from users as they complete your form. Use the payment option when collecting money for events, applications, or anything else that requires a payment.

Permissions-Based Access

By adjusting the permission settings on your online form, you can make forms public and visible on your organization website or available only to selected groups of users.

Open Scheduler

Control when each of your forms will be open by setting the dates and times your form will open and close. Forms can be created and remain hidden until you choose to publish and remain open indefinitely.

Actions and Notifications

Choose who will be notified each time a form is submitted or updated. Send a message to users who submit to notify them that their submission has been approved, denied, or deferred.

Submission Limits and Status

Set a limit for the number of users that can submit a form; this is especially beneficial for events with limited capacity. When you go in to review all form submission, OrgSync makes it easy to view and update the status of all submissions.

Choose from a variety of form elements to capture the right information from your form. Form elements include: single line text, multi-line text, dropdowns, checkboxes, radio buttons and more.

Template Elements

Insert pre-formatted elements like contact information, date and time, terms and conditions, file uploads, phone number, website, and more.
