Organization Management
OrgSync was built specifically to standardize how campuses manage student organizations. Administrators are now able to maintain their own student organization database complete with detailed student information and organization rosters. Administrators have the ability to communicate directly with all organization leaders, collect comprehensive data about each organization that is exportable into Excel, and enable/disable an organization at any time.
Organization Registration
Manage the entire organization registration process online by tracking all submissions and approving requests for both new organizations and renewals. Administrators are able to review all registration requests from a central location and can choose to accept, deny or defer each submission. The organization renewal process is a great way to keep organization information accurate and up-to-date by requiring organizations to update their profile each semester or annually. Each campus can customize the information they collect in the registration process.
Campus Communication
OrgSync provides a suite of tools that make communicating with students and organizations easier than ever before. Administrators can communicate and receive feedback via multiple channels: news posts, messages/emails, text messaging, polls, discussion boards and more. Our platform also enables the campus to send targeted information to students and organizations, eliminating the need for listservs.

Calendar & Events Management
OrgSync provides a comprehensive events management solution for campuses and organizations. The events module allows users to track RSVP’s, attendance, and hours served. Administrators can create events online, invite participants to join, and publish event details on the community wide calendar to increase awareness across campus. OrgSync also offers to do lists that allow the event coordinator to delegate out tasks to prepare for the event, helping to simplify the planning process. All events are archived and details may be exported into Excel.
Paperless Forms Processing
OrgSync enables campus departments to minimize the use of paperwork, allowing them to significantly reduce costs. By managing all forms online, administrators are able to drastically cut paper waste and help their campuses “go green”. Moreover, campus administrators using OrgSync spend less time processing paperwork, collecting data, preparing websites and more time managing the student organizations.
Co-Curricular Involvement Records
OrgSync systematically tracks students’ membership positions and involvement hours to provide each student with a co-curricular transcript documenting his/her out-of-the-classroom experiences. Students are able to selectively choose which experiences to add to their co-curricular transcripts, allowing them to customize the transcripts to their specifications. All involvement records require approval by a third party or the organization leader for credit to be received. Co-curricular transcripts help to prepare students with speaking points for job interviews and assist with grad school applications.

All websites are completely customizable and can be modified at any time within OrgSync. Budget Management System
The budget management system enables colleges and universities to manage the annual budgeting and activity funding of organizations on campus. This online application is designed to be flexible with many user-based options. It will adapt to a variety of budgeting procedures and is powerful enough to replace traditional methods of manual recordkeeping.

You can upload work samples, solicit professional recommendations and link to your social media profiles.
