OrgSync Named to Best Places to Work for Third Year

Dallas, TX (June 30, 2015) - Since relocating to Dallas five years ago, OrgSync, Inc., a leading provider of online community management solutions for higher education, has received Dallas Business Journal’s annual “Best Places to Work” Award three times. The award honors the top 100 employers in the North Texas area based on survey data from employees.

The 2015 Best Places to Work winners were announced on June 25 at a luncheon hosted by Dallas Business Journal at the Fairmont Dallas. To select the top 100 employers, independent research firm Quantum Workplace ran a comparative analysis of employee satisfaction levels based on their answers to survey questions. The survey considers factors such as quality of the work environment, trust in senior management, respect for co-workers, employee satisfaction with current role, and benefits offered.

“It’s an honor to be recognized as a Best Place to Work for the third year,” says Eric Fortenberry, Founder, President and CEO of OrgSync. “We try to maintain a positive atmosphere and ensure our company culture is as good as can be. Our employees are incredible people and they always put in 150-percent, so knowing that they’re happy to be here doing so is extremely rewarding.”

As a company dedicated to helping groups connect and get involved, OrgSync’s understanding of community naturally manifests in the workplace. Employees at OrgSync view their work as more than just a job; they love what they do and respect teammates like family.

The company continues to look for new members in every department who are highly motivated, self-starters constantly focused on improvement, working hard, and having fun. Those interested in joining the OrgSync family may visit the company’s career page at www.orgsync.com/about-orgsync/careers.
