OrgSync Connect is in Dallas, Texas June 15-17

Present.
Share.
Interact.

The most rewarding moments at Connect 2015 came from presentations made campuses. Connect 2016 will again feature sessions led by campuses from all over the country. Educational sessions provide an opportunity for you to share ideas, innovations, and best practices as they relate to OrgSync and CollegiateLink. The deadline to submit your presentation proposals is March 18, 2016.

CollegiateLink users, contact your Consultant if you are interested in presenting at Connect 2016.

Program
Topics

Our attendees come from all corners of student affairs (and beyond) and are open to a range of topic, but just to get your brain started, here are some ideas:

  • Best practices and creative uses of OrgSync
  • Campus-wide OrgSync initiatives
  • Engagement and involvement programs
  • OrgSync implementation, adoption, and marketing strategies
  • Program Design
  • Retention and persistence
  • Strategic planning and assessment
  • Streamlining processes through the use of OrgSync
  • Technical integrations with campus platforms

Session
Formats

We encourage all of our presenters to incorporate interactive elements, Q&A, and discussion among presenters and the audience through a variety of session types. Session formats for this year’s conference will include:

  • Showcase: Showcases are designed for those who wish to provide an overview of a program, a process, or research findings.
  • Roundtable: Roundtables are facilitated discussions and involve all participants in sharing their insight through dialogue.
  • Panel: Panels are comprised of 2-4 individuals who share their insight on a particular topic or issue.
  • Workshop: Workshops are hands-on sessions that allow participants to engage in experiential learning on a topic.

Submission
Guidelines

Connect will feature 50-minute sessions. Please be sure to incorporate time for questions and answers at the end. Your proposal will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Will this session be of high value to attendees?
  • Does this proposal address a “hot topic” at institutions today?
  • Does this presentation incorporate the use of OrgSync?

"I attend a lot of conferences, but I have never attended a conference where I left with so many tangible ideas that I can implement immediately. The entire conference was extremely informative and worth every penny!"
