Community Administrator Training
What You Will Learn
Welcome to your new role as a community administrator! As a community admin, you have the highest level of access within your OrgSync community and access to community-wide reporting tools. This training will teach you how to locate and utilize your community administrative tools in order to manage and report on all of your users, umbrellas, and organization portals. We’ll also show you how to manage specific community admin responsibilities, including building the Custom User Profile, overseeing involvement, and designing your Community home page.
**Prerequisite: We recommend that you attend the Umbrella Admin Training series as a prerequisite to this training since many of the topics covered in Community Admin training will build upon responsibilities as an umbrella administrator.
