Setup & Training
OrgSync is committed to delivering the highest level of service throughout the implementation process.
When your campus decides to implement OrgSync, our team works immediately to build your community and get your community managers up to speed. OrgSync’s structured implementation process was developed to ensure high adoption throughout every organization, based on best practices we have learned from working with our campus partners.
Dedicated Consultants
Each organization has a personal consultant who works closely with the administrators to educate, support, implement, and train various members of the institution. The process begins with a consultation meeting with your consultant to strategize how to match your online community to match your institution setup. The consultant then works with you to build your community through a variety of webinars and phone calls.
Campus Branding
Our design team customizes your online community with your logo and colors to make it look and feel similar to your existing websites. From your campus portals to your public websites, OrgSync can mirror your branding to ensure your members recognize this as an institution-focused platform.

Train the Trainer
Your consultant conducts a series of in-depth trainings via web conferencing with your implementation team. The structured virtual training series for administrators is complete with lesson plans that include objectives and homework, to help administrators start populating OrgSync and begin to leverage its many benefits. An on-site visit caps off your implementation when your consultant comes to you to launch OrgSync to your institution.
Continued Support
Throughout the initial setup, we also provide technical support for administrators, including constant communication with your IT department to set up authentication, API, and additional services that are integrated with OrgSync. We have a dedicated team to help with any questions you and your team may have.
